Damage During Shipping
If your jewelry box arrives damaged (such as broken or severely deformed), please:
1.Contact us within 14 days of receiving it, with photos
2.Provide your order number
3.Briefly describe the damage
We will replace your jewelry box with a new one and ship it to you for free.
Minor Dents or Scratches
Due to the handcrafted nature of the product and long-distance shipping, minor dents or scratches may occur. These do not affect the product's function or beauty and are within the normal range.
Product Quality Issues
If the jewelry box itself has quality issues (such as obvious defects in the butterfly specimen or cracks in the glass), please contact us within 14 days of receiving it.
We will assess the issue and replace the product for you.

  • If you're unsatisfied with the product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it to discuss
  • If it's a product quality issue, we will replace it
