Production & Shipping Time
- In-stock products: Ships within 3-5 business days of order
- Custom products: Ships within 7-10 business days of order
- We'll notify you via email with your shipping date and tracking number
Packaging
We use professional multi-layer packaging to ensure your jewelry box arrives safely:
- Product is wrapped in shock-absorbing foam and moisture-resistant materials
- Placed in reinforced cardboard box with adequate cushioning on all sides
- Outer box labeled with "Fragile" sticker
- Packaging design can withstand normal shipping stress

If you're purchasing a Lucimorph as a gift, we provide free gift wrapping:

Customs, Duties & Taxes
